ALL OUR ROOMS ARE VERY PRIVATE (NO CONNECTING WALLS) Please call to confirm rates as they are subject to change (depending on season, special events, etc.) and special discounts may apply. Rates are subject to State (6%) and local (7%) taxes. A minimum two-night stay is typically always required, especially on weekends. Special events may effect pricing. A deposit of one night's stay per room by cash, check or major credit card is needed to confirm reservations. The balance of the stay is due upon arrival. Cancellation requires a 30-day advance notification for refund of deposit, minus a $25 handling charge. In the case of late cancellation, we will be pleased to refund your deposit balance if the room is re-booked by another guest. Last-minute reservations are always possible, especially midweek, so please give us a call. The entire home, which may accommodate up to 14 guests, may be rented for special occasions. Cancellation of the whole home rental must be made no later than 120 days before the rental begins. Policies
Check-in is between 3 and 6 p.m. Late check-in is available by special arrangement. Checkout time is 11 a.m. M-Sat., and noon checkout is offered with our Sunday champagne brunch. |
